Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms are a contract between you and [legal entity name] sp. z o.o. governing the use of the Stretta Studio service (strettastudio.online). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. We wrote them without legalese, but this is a fully binding legal document.

The essentials: a visualization is an illustration of how the ceiling is expected to look — not a technical drawing and not a guarantee of the installed result; you are responsible for your client’s consent to using photos of their premises; paid credits are spent on generations and are non-refundable once used.

1. General provisions

The service is operated by [legal entity name] sp. z o.o., address: [street, building, postal code, city], Poland, NIP [NIP], KRS [KRS] (“we”). The “Service” is the Stretta Studio web application and related services. “You” are the person who created an account and uses the Service. A “Visualization” is an image of a room with a stretch ceiling created by the Service. A “Credit” is a payment unit entitling you to one generation.

The Service is addressed to persons using it in connection with their professional activity (stretch-ceiling installers and companies). If you use the Service as a sole trader and the contract is not of a professional character for you, you retain the rights granted to such persons under Polish law (Art. 385⁵, 556⁴, 556⁵, 576⁵ of the Polish Civil Code); nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. What the service is — and what visualizations are not

The Service creates photorealistic visualizations of stretch ceilings on photos of real rooms: you upload a photo, mark up the ceiling and light fixtures, choose parameters — an image generation model creates the result. Visualizations are intended for showing the client the expected look of the ceiling during the sale.

A visualization is not:

  • a technical drawing, design or installation documentation;
  • a document of measurements, dimensions or material quantities;
  • a guarantee that the installed ceiling will look exactly like the image: the installed result depends on materials, lighting, room geometry and the installer’s work;
  • advice on building codes, electrical work or safety.

Generative models can produce artifacts and inaccuracies. Review the result before showing it to a client; decisions about the client contract, materials and installation are yours.

3. Registration and account

  • An account is required: sign in with an email code or with Google.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate information and do not share access to your account with third parties; you are responsible for actions performed in your account until you notify us that access has been compromised.
  • One person or company — one account, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Plans, credits and payment

  • The free plan includes a limited number of generations and stays free.
  • Credits and paid plans. One generation consumes one credit. The credit is deducted when the generation starts; if the generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is refunded automatically.
  • Prices are shown in the interface before payment. Payments are processed by the payment provider (Stripe); we never receive or store card details.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, which is not recalculated. Unused credits remain valid for the period stated in the plan.
  • Right of withdrawal. If you benefit from consumer protection, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. By starting a generation before that period expires, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that, to the extent performed, the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Withdrawal for the unused part — by email to support@strettastudio.online.
  • We may change prices; changes do not affect periods and credits already paid for.

5. Your content and client consent

“Your content” means the photos, markup and parameters you upload to the Service. You retain the rights to your content; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process it solely to the extent necessary to provide the service (storage, transfer to the generation provider, display to you).

Photos of clients’ premises. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

  • the owner of the premises (your client) has consented to the photo being used to create a visualization;
  • you have the right to use the photo (you took it yourself or obtained it lawfully);
  • the photo contains no data unnecessary for the visualization (people, documents), or you have obtained separate consent from the persons depicted.

You bear responsibility for the absence of such consent. If claims are brought against us due to your breach of these warranties, you will compensate our documented losses, except where liability cannot be shifted by law. Original photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Data processing on your behalf

With respect to personal data contained in photos of your clients’ premises, you act as the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). This section constitutes the data processing agreement:

  • Subject matter and nature: storing photos and creating visualizations on your commands in the interface; purpose: providing the service; duration: the lifetime of your account, subject to automatic deletion of originals after 30 days; categories of data subjects: your clients; type of data: images of premises.
  • We process the data only on your documented instructions (actions in the interface) and ensure confidentiality and security measures under Art. 32 GDPR.
  • You give general authorisation to engage the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy; we give prior notice of changes to the list, and you have the right to object.
  • We assist you in handling data subject requests and in your obligations under Art. 32–36 GDPR, and delete the data when the service ends (deleting the account cascades to all photos and results).
  • We provide the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with Art. 28 GDPR.

7. Generation results and rights to them

  • Rights to visualizations created from your content, to the extent they belong to us, are transferred to you upon generation. You may freely use them in your work with clients, in offers and in your portfolio.
  • We do not use your photos or visualizations to train AI models and do not make them available to other users. The “share” link makes a specific visualization available to anyone with the link — you control this yourself.
  • The copyright status of AI-generated images may vary between jurisdictions; we do not guarantee that they can be registered as copyrighted works.
  • When presenting a visualization to a client, do not present it as a photograph of completed work.

8. Unacceptable use

You must not:

  • upload content that violates the law or third-party rights;
  • upload images of people for the purpose of processing them, documents, or any content involving minors;
  • use the Service to create misleading materials (for example, presenting a visualization as the actual result of work in a dispute with a client);
  • attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, plan limits or the credit system;
  • scrape the Service, resell access, or build a competing service on top of our API without written consent;
  • disrupt the Service (overloading, malicious code, unauthorized access).

In case of violation we may suspend or terminate access to the account (Section 12), with prior notice unless immediate suspension is necessary for security or required by law.

9. Intellectual property of the service

The Service, its code, design, texts, trademarks and the Stretta Studio logo belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended for the lifetime of your account. This licence grants no rights to the code, design or trademarks beyond ordinary use of the Service.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance windows and outages at infrastructure or generation providers are possible. We may develop and change functionality; if a change materially degrades a paid service, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund for the unused period.

11. Liability

In relations with businesses, our aggregate liability under the contract is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event, and does not cover lost profits or indirect damages. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to other cases where liability cannot be limited by law; persons benefiting from consumer protection retain the guarantees provided by mandatory rules.

We are not liable for: decisions made by you or your client based on a visualization; differences between a visualization and the installed result; content uploaded by you in breach of Section 5.

12. Term and termination

  • The contract remains in force for as long as the account exists.
  • You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in settings: the account, projects, photos and visualizations are deleted irreversibly.
  • We may terminate for a material breach of these terms with 14 days’ notice (immediately for serious security or legal violations). An unused paid balance is refunded if termination is not due to your fault.
  • Sections on content rights, liability and governing law survive termination of the contract.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons: changes in law, service features, pricing or security requirements. We will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the interface. If you disagree, delete your account before the changes take effect; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version. Changes have no retroactive effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by Polish law. This does not deprive persons benefiting from consumer protection of the guarantees of mandatory rules of their EU country of residence. Disputes with businesses are heard by the court of the operator’s seat; disputes with consumers follow general jurisdiction rules. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before going to court, write to us — most issues are resolved by support.
